Welcome
Chicks Who Write is a professional networking group for women who freelance in Greater Boston. What started as six writers sporadically meeting for coffee has grown to a virtual network of 85 members, who meet regularly to share leads, ideas, advice, and resources.
Chicks come from a variety of communications backgrounds, with diverse areas of expertise, ranging from journalism to public relations to marketing communications for higher education, business, health care, nonprofits, and more. Many have books to their credit. As writers and women, we are versatile, talented, sma
rt and savvy.
So, whether you are searching for a freelancer to write, edit, or manage your communications project, or you're a freelancer looking to connect with other chicks who write, check us out.
And come back to the site often. We're launching a new blog and planning more stuff you'll want to see.
